Hetaloid!Sweden x Reader

You opened the box, and gasped at what’s inside.

It was Sweden Hetaloid.

You smile and turn around to thank your parents politely.

To be completely honest, you weren’t sure if this one was the best fit for you. I mean, he’s so quiet and intimidating…

Anyways, the party continues as planned; surprised by your friends not surrounding the hetaloid like you suspected them to.

Wierd.

Once they all left, you waved goodbye to the final car pulling out of your driveway and closed the door softly, sighing once it was shut.

You walked quietly towards the box your hetaloid was sent in, and carefully pulled out the instructions.

You read over them carefully, looking for the instructions on how to activate him. Once your eyes landed on the bolded title, How to activate your hetaloid, you inwardly smile.

You take a deep breath and stared boldly at the hetaloid placed in the box. Then you took a deep breath and said loudly, but not shouting, “Welcome hetaloid, I hope you are comfortable with your new home.”

After that, the hetaloid slowly opened his eyes, then stood up, stepped out of the box, and looked at you. “You must be my master.” Was all he said. Emotionless at that.

You nodded and smiled. “Mhm~! I’m (f/n) (l/n)” You said gleefully.

“Berwald Oxterna.” He replied. No emotion again.

You sighed. This is going to be very awkward,

You had to say, having this hetaloid in your house made it less lonely, but it wasn’t the most comfy company either.

Berwald still barely said  anything, but you grew used to that. Sometimes it’s good to have that silence.

“(f/n).” You heard Berwald call firmly.

“Hmm?” You hum curiously, looking up from the book you were reading.

Berwald stared at you for a minute, like he wanted to say something.

“Nevermind.” Was all he said before turning around and attempting to walk away, but you stopped him by grabbing his wrist.

Your face was a bright red. But that didn’t stop you from asking; “What were you going to say?”

He glanced at you with his intimidating stare, which to your surprise look a little softer than usual.

“You really want to know?” He asked.

You nodded eagerly. You didn’t like it when he his stuff from you.

Oh god. You sound like an overly obsessive girlfriend. You mentally slapped yourself whenever you do sound overly obsessive.

“Fine.” Berwald finally spoke over a couple moments of silents. He then later bent down and pressed his lips to your forehead. Confused, you looked up seeing a blushing Berwald.

“W-Why did you-” He then cut you off by then kissing your cheek, and then, finally connecting his lips with yours.

You were shocked nonetheless but you still kissed back, finding it to be a sweet, gentle, and caring kiss.

“Jag älskar dig” he murmured as he pulled away slowly. His breath tickled your ear. What he did almost made you melt.

He smiled.

But not just any smile.  Oh no, it was much more than that. It was filled with truth and love.

Your cheeks turned a cotton candy pink, and you  smiled. “I love you too.” you said shyly but sweetly.

And with that, you were pulled into a loving embrace.

You could get used to this.
